The Gastronoma double low-fat air fryer features an advanced air circulation system that cooks food faster and saves energy. You can cook without oil, reducing your fat intake by up to 80% compared to traditional frying. The Gastronoma 18290006 Airfryer has a total capacity of 9 liters, divided into 2 airfry baskets with a non-stick coating, each with a capacity of 4.5 liters. These baskets can be operated independently, with different temperatures and cooking times – ideal for situations where, for example, vegetables should not be overcooked along with the meat. Both the cooking zones and the included grill racks are equipped with a PFAS-free ceramic coating, making the air fryer completely PFAS-free.
Thanks to the Smart Finish program, you can set each cooking zone to ensure both dishes are ready at the same time. With the Match Cook program, you can synchronize the settings for both baskets, allowing them to cook identically.
Both baskets are dishwasher safe. The air fryer is equipped with a digital display with touchscreen and offers 12 automatic programs. The temperature is adjustable between 50-200°C, and the timer can be set from 1 to 60 minutes. A signal sounds for each individual cooking zone when the cooking time is up. The device automatically shuts off once cooking is complete.
