Overnight Oats

Overnight oats

No time for an elaborate breakfast in the morning? With this Overnight Oats Mix, you’ll be ready in no time! This recipe is not only easy and nutritious, but also perfect for prepping ahead. By letting the oats soak overnight in the fridge, you get a soft, creamy texture that you can customize with fruit, nuts, or seeds. Start your day healthy and delicious—without the fuss!

Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 150 ml milk (dairy or plant-based, like almond or oat milk)
  • 1 ripe banana or 100 g of other fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, or mango)
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions

Blend:
Add the oats, milk, fruit, honey, and cinnamon (if using) to a blender. Blend on a low setting until you get a creamy, smooth base.

Let it rest overnight:
Pour the mixture into a sealable jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours). The oats will absorb the milk and develop a soft, pudding-like texture.

Serve:
Take the jar out of the fridge and give it a quick stir. Top with extra fruit, nuts, seeds, or a splash of yogurt for added flavor and texture.

Tip:
Make multiple servings at once and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days. That way, you’ll always have a healthy and filling breakfast ready to go!
