Craving a refreshing, fruity treat that’s just as delicious as it is easy to make? This strawberry smoothie is the perfect answer! Ideal as a quick breakfast, healthy snack, or cooling drink on a warm day. And the best part? You only need a few ingredients and it's ready in no time. Let’s get started!

Ingredients

  • 200g fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 sprig of mint

Instructions

Start by washing the fresh strawberries and removing the stems. If you’re using frozen strawberries, you can skip this step – they’re already nice and cold. Then slice the banana into chunks to make it easier to blend.

Grab your blender and add all the ingredients: the strawberries, banana pieces, milk, and if you like a bit of extra sweetness, a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup. Finally, toss in a few ice cubes for a cool, refreshing touch.

Blend everything on high speed until you get a smooth, creamy consistency – this usually takes 30 to 60 seconds. Taste it to see if the flavor is just right.

Want it a bit sweeter or is the smoothie too thick?
Add a little more honey or a splash of milk and blend again briefly.

Pour your smoothie into a nice glass and make it extra festive with a few pieces of strawberry or a sprig of mint as garnish. And voilà – your delicious strawberry smoothie is ready to enjoy!
